Hi everyone! My name is Payton and I am a 19-year-old college student studying business and data analytics in the United States. Although I am slightly new to MCM, I am not new to the minecraft and factions communities. I’ve been involved in the minecraft community for almost 7 years, and I’ve spent 2 of those years working on server management and administration. During this time, I've developed my skills through project experience and compiled a multitude of resources.
Over the past few years, I’ve taken my interest in business and management consulting online via the minecraft community. Although what I do online oftentimes varies from what I do in real life, I consider server management a form of consulting and solution implementation nonetheless. I am very passionate about getting to know more people in the minecraft community, and enjoy doing this in a managerial role as it allows me to make changes that benefit the community.

I have no set pricing rate. However, please note that I do not work for less than $30/week, nor do I work for percentages. Pricing will be dependent on factors such as the size of the project and the time requirement.
