BleachedPVP is a server in development with an extremely experienced owner. We currently are hiring Moderators, Admins, Developers, and Builders, and you can be upgraded from a Moderator to a Sr. Moderator. You can be any of these roles except for Owner, which is my rank, and a Builder at the same time. The server will have Factions, Skyblock, Survival, Creative, OP Factions, and most of all, many PVP selections to fit anyone's fighting style. We have a base for everything in the future, including a tiny little staff team (that is why I am posting this), a logo, a partly developed discord server, a development server in which we build, add plugins, and test (it is temporary), an experienced owner, and most of all, a plan! If you are interested in becoming one of my valued staff members, I suggest you read on. In the end, I will give a brief description of our vision. Here is a description of the roles:
Moderator: This rank is the first rank you possibly achieve by applying. Moderators are the backbone of the server. Their responsibilities including making sure players follow the rules, and punishing those who don’t accordingly. They deal with spammers, hackers, etc…
Sr. Moderator: Senior mods are responsible for hiring staff for the community, as well as a variety of other tasks, including handling moderator applications, and ban disputes. They also deal with problems between a player and a moderator and inter-staff issues. They often work behind the scenes and are usually not credited for their work. Senior Mods also assist the admins with anything needed and sometimes can act as dignitaries between Moderators and Admins. Senior mods are hired from within the current staff team. They are promoted for their hard work, dedication, and trustworthiness. They frequently act as the go-tos for various projects and often take leadership roles within the staff team.
Builder: Builders help build the maps and spawns in the server. They are extremely good at building, and they know how to use WorldEdit. They fix errors in the builds and upgrade current builds.
Admin: Administrators are the heads of the community. They control most everything. Admins are responsible for every major aspect of the community. They also all have the common-place job of maintaining the server and doing anything necessary. Admins are Stupidot's (me) best people and work tirelessly for this job, and they do their absolute best at it. They are generally not appreciated for their work, as they do a lot of the behind the scenes work that usually entails leading projects, keeping staff morale up, and countless other things. Certain Admin(s) is/are also in charge of deciding which players will get YouTube, and other such things. Admins often commission staff to help them with various projects.
Developer: If mods are the backbone of the server, then the devs are the brains. They are responsible for everything. The developers are responsible for every single aspect of the server plugins, making all game modes work properly, adding new features and addressing bugs that are reported. They create the server's plugins from scratch with help from me, and they maintain it by working out any bugs that people find. They are responsible for keeping the servers playable. They know how to code, and are likely the most critical members of staff, as without them, none of this would exist.
Owner: Stupidot (me) is the owner. His decisions are final. What he says, happens. Stupidot deals with issues with donations, including Chargebacks and all of the other legalities when it comes to running the server. He also pays for the server with the help of donations. He as well acts as manager for the staff, helping them aspire to be the best that they can. He also, as previously stated, has the final word when it comes to decisions. He created this server and runs it. Stupidot is as well head of all of the staff, and guides the community in its direction, doing everything he does for the good of the community. He also has the role of all the staff combined, even if it may not seem like it.
The plan: A part of the plan that you should know is how the development of the server will go in order of the most crucial steps. The first thing (what we are currently on) is to make a temporary development server to finish building, installing plugins, and behind the scenes little things like making logos, banners, stuff like that. Then, we'll move on to a cheap server with everything we previously did in this one, and while we fix glitches and improve gameplay with help of server testers, we'll set up media pages for the server and make the forum, and then the teasers/trailers (if you are good at digital art or Blender, mention that in your application!). Finally, when all of that is done, we will move to the final hosting company, publish our media pages, release the website, upload teasers and trailers, build up the hype, and release within 1 month! The thing we need most currently is builders. We only work on weekends.Now, due to the many bots joining and posting inappropriate images, you must manually type in the invite to join and apply.
