If anybody has any tips, tricks, etc. to growing a community be it discord, YouTube, Instagram, Minecraft, anything; post it here!

I’ll start, my biggest tip is to always interact with the community base you have, like and reply to all comments you receive.

Advertise your community over multiple platforms such as youtube, reddit, twitter etc. don't just stick with one platform to have your community

Be persistent and people will eventually follow along, people naturally look for a leader/role model

Agree! If you're going to start a community, in the beginning, you're going to be the face of it. Make a great first impression even if you don't agree with other people see their point of view as well. As if you someone people can get along with and enjoy "spending" time with more and more people will join your community. Therefor after awhile, your community will just continue to grow, just make sure to keep it to its values, people wanna be in a place where they can talk freely and have a good time.
