Hello, my name is Bryton, but my minecraft in game name is: I_Am_McLovin. I am trying to get staff for my server, AtomicMC. I currently own it with another owner, ign: emkirsh. And the other staff is DesiredFate, an admin. But he cannot be active for a bit. And none of us except DesiredFate is a good builder, but as I said, he cannot be active for a while. So I do not pay any staff, but if you are chosen for staff, then you must help build this prison server. We have forums and a domain so far, waiting on the builds to be finished.

I agree, PMC is one of the best sites for what you're looking for. Sorry to say, but MCM is mainly for people who are generally looking for work to be paid as they mostly require money for their time and efforts.

The other owner i met like a year ago on a server, and the Admin I met on another server like 4 months ago I'd say. He is a really good friend, and always has my back

It stands for PlanetMinecraft. It has lots of premade builds, texture packs, skins, and even more. They additionally have a community forums where you can recruit interested players for your server.

Just keep in mind that if you do get some requests via PMC, they may not be good at building as quality in building mostly comes from people who charge (from here). Although, I would do what you are doing and start out free as it's a bit more inexpensive. Good idea!
