Me and my partner are looking for a dedicated community manager who is genuinely interested to interact with our community and grow it, not someone who is simply here for the money, and proceeds to back-sit while we do all the work. This has occurred often when it comes to managers in mcm.
Please do not expect a pay from the get-go. We wish to see an individuals worth before giving them any short of finance because both of us have fallen victim to the so called manager who writes a document and proceeds to lay back letting everyone else do everything. Pay will be most likely included 1 month after you join us. By pay being 10-20$ a week depending on the work you put in and effort.
A lot of customization, added features, not custom builds (that's a waste).
For beta we achieved 100 unique players with no ads / average of 10 players daily. (1 week beta only)
Release coming this Friday/Saturday or perhaps moved to next week due to Superbowl.
Trying to achieve organic growth, not forcing players to come with youtubers etc, but instead growing a strong based community which we have semi-achieved so far.
What we expect from you:
Forum posts relating updates
Interaction with the community in discord / hosting events
Creating polls to find the interests of the players
Create well written posts for planet-mc/mcforums etc. Also bump those posts, post updates in order to attract future community members attention.
Be active on forums at times.
Fluent in the English Language
Able to converse with people ( Join VC often ) in order to bind with community.
