Still waiting for my 2 small graphics to be done. They are almost a week late now. 4 days after ordering I asked for a progress update and this is what they had to show:

To me, this looks slapped together in photoshop in about 20-30 minutes which is about how long he took to respond after I mentioned him about an update.

After explaining to them that this is nothing like I described they made some changes and offered me this

Please mind, I did not order a banner what so ever so not sure why I was given this.

I was estimated to get my artwork in 1-3 days. I asked them if they can guarantee at least 5 days and they said yes. Here we are almost 2 weeks later and I've been given artwork that looks made in about 1 hour. They want to start a service team... Not sure if that's a good idea.

Wow, we've done exactly what you've asked. Instead, you just keep adding screenshots of your staff just pounding in extra information and expecting that it's to be done in an instant. I understand that our service is under maintenance but we're in the middle of revamping our entire server which isn't an excuse I know. Even when you said it was 'Wonderful' you started bombarding us with other revisions without some parts of the artwork. Said to "surprise me" but everytime I just give in an example, he's all woops and whams, threatening us with scam reports and saying "unbelievable" when I've barely just edited anything. I passed on the work to my colleague who's just went off for medical leave and she's got it done in a few hours to 'his expectations' but then as she left, he's threatened me with a refund again? Ok? he's expecting so much more for what he's paid (did I mention he paid 1.5-2 days later after I sent the invoice? I don't normally start until the payment has been fully paid if that was what made him angry). If he did make a scam report, I'd gladly explain my side of the issue with the administrator in charge of the scam thread. I simply have no rights to start calling him out as he is still my client so I respect his opinions. Also, the pictures he's included was just sketches/raw revisions, I wonder why he did not show the products he said was and I quote, "uggh yessss! WONDERFUL" or "looks good"
