You included two ages, it doesn't really make sense to say you're going to accept 14 year olds for Trainees, and keep them on and promote them, you're going to keep them as trainees for two years?

No, what I meant was 14-year-olds to 15-year-olds will start out as Trainee, then after viewing their progress we'll promote them accordingly. Sorry if I didn't make it clear, I'll be editing the document.
