I'm not sure if I'm ideal to be your co-owner, but if you're still in need of a developer, hmu. I've done some minigame work before, and done some plugins for faction servers. Only requirements I don't meet is I'm EST (American East Coast) and I might not have quite as much time to dedicate as you'd like, but I do have time. I've also had experience with server administration. (Only for about a month, but the server had 60+ players on weekends)
