Co-Owner/Staff | Discord Server 3.8k

Hey, I'm the owner of 3 discord servers, I'm in search for some staff or even a co-owner for one of my servers. What are the requirements to become one?

1. Be mature (I would prefer 16+ just to prevent childish staff running the server)
   
2. Be able to put money into the server (A Discord Server can cost money to maintain it active and "interesting". I would like someone that can be able to host giveaways and things like that. This is only if you want to become a Co-Owner.)
   
3. Put time into the server (If you want to become Staff you won't get it easily. You would need to build a kind of 'reputation' on the server and be active to become a staff member.)
   
4. Have experience as a staff member.
