As blitzer said, that basically means you're allowed to run off with someone's money any time you wish. Why would anyone pay up front in such a situation?

I recommend that you change it to being able to cancel a project at any time, but give a choice between the half-complete build and a partial refund or a full refund, if you are the one that cancels it.

If I feel I need to, I can stop building for you at any time and move on without a refund (not likely). Then why would someone do business with you?
