Custom Account Shop Website

As the title states, I am currently looking for a custom account shop website.
Decided that I don't really want to use AtShop, Selly, and Shoppy anymore due to me wanting a custom one done.

[Details]

I have designs in terms of what I want the front-end to look like.
Will also work on the Admin Panel in a bit, after updating.
Currently updating Photoshop to CS6 so that I can get the CSS for them.
(Made them in photoshop, so I have all image files to be used on site)

The site should basically have the features of the other sites mentioned previously (Mainly ATShop)

- Functional Autobuy
- Payment Processor (Paypal + Coin Payments)
- Stock Management (Add, Edit, and Remove)
- Product/Category Management (Add, Edit, and Remove)

- Product/Category Management (Add, Edit, and Remove)
- Functional Coupon Management
- Automated Email once payment is confirmed linking to a page with the purchased goods

There are more features I might be missing, but cannot think of it right now (Sorry about that), will provide it once I remember.

Also if you have a better way of doing something, whether it is more appealing or easier to do, just let me know and we can discuss. I am very flexible in terms of either lowering or raising the budget

No real, budget I guess $300-450.
This is just a quote I got previously from a good developer who I lost contact of.

It can obviously be less or more, I prefer quality so if you believe a certain price is right, just let me know and we can discuss.

I shall also be taking into account people's portfolio as well as pricing and just compare (Posting this on multiple sites)​

In the long run is this worth the investment? Theres a crap ton of alt shops and you're gonna have higher costs in relation to revenue. It's not worth it if you're not established.

I absolutely understand where you are coming from, and what you said is correct, if the establishment wasn't there then the profit/revenue would not outdo the price for the shop alone.

Fortunately for myself, I consider myself as decently establish, as since this 300-400 or whatever the cost might be is a portion made from the shop.
