Custom economy plugin needed

I am looking for a minecraft plugin which works for spigot or bukkit (as i am using a paper server) which works on 1.15.2. I would like this plugin to consist of:

- a custom economy (such as tokens) which are called bloxors.
- a configurable shop gui which can give coupons to our store and allow players to buy items using these tokens.
- works on a bungeecord server so that the bloxors can be accumulated and spent on all servers.
- it shouldn't link in to vault
- Include a few placeholders to add on a scoreboard.
