Administrators are paid.[DOUBLEPOST=1565139066][/DOUBLEPOST]My Community Manager Reach will be taking all questions from here on out. If you have any questions or concerns make sure to post them and Reach will provide you with an answer, take care. Are positions paid?

What do you mean? I trust in every staff member I hire. You only left my server is because you weren’t promoted...someone’s mad.Don’t recommend anybody to apply. Doesn’t even trust it’s own staff members

Yup, apparently when you leave a staff team because you weren't promoted, it's classified as highly professional! Only the best.professional

Funny. Why would I even stayed in the first place If I wasn’t accepted as the position I applied. I only left because of trust issues, so did your other 2 senior administrators. What do you mean? I can agree on this statement, but when someone leaves a staff team because they weren't promoted and then making a "professional" management resume right after is unprofessional. It's really how you use the term "salty". And I believe I used it in a proper way referring to Yash.[DOUBLEPOST=1565204109][/DOUBLEPOST]No, I was more referring to you publicly calling him salty. You're the one not being professional. People are free to leave teams for whatever reason they like, but for you to publicly declare them salty, as a supposedly professional manager, is quite... unprofessional.
Dussk only left because he wanted to work somewhere else, he had no issue for working with me as what i've been told and I fired MrRory because all he did was well, nothing.Funny. Actually no. He helped with the discord setup and so did I. He couldn’t do anything because he was the community manager. You didn’t even have a community setup, what was he going to do?I can agree on this statement, but when someone leaves a staff team because they weren't promoted and then making a "professional" management resume right after is unprofessional. I wonder who's salty..Yup, apparently when you leave a staff team because you weren't promoted, it's classified as highly professional! Only the best.
As I said before, using salty is a proper time as far as I understand. It was proper as he was mad that he was never promoted. It's never professional to leave a community from not being promoted. Your facts are wrong. No, it's never professional. People can leave job roles for whatever reason they like, and people often switch jobs after not being promoted in real life (source: any movie, and real life). If someone really wants a promotion, and doesn't get it, they likely won't pursue a future there. However, after (from what I can tell) politely resigning, you have decided to publicly call them salty after they left their opinion on your thread.
It's not professional, and nothing can justify that from a supposed professional.
