That's not how it works though? You put them on a 2 week paid trial and then you see if you want to take them on permanently. Not free labor, this will honestly reflect poorly on Zerolag & IGN PRO Inc.... :tup:

Many companies do whats called internships that can lead to paid positions. This will not reflect poorly on us at all. Many many people are willing to provide support and some don't even ask for money as they just want the experience of working with a real hosting company.

The bottom line is not everyone is about money, some just enjoy helping as well as the experience of working with a real hosting company.

Reword your thread to be more 'Internship' like, not half ended promises that someday they might get paid. Also, may I add internships are almost always a set timeframe, you literally put "non-predetermined length of time."

Hello Errota, I am one of the support agents at ZeroLag and it has been an enjoyable experience where I've learned how to live chat and respond to clients and their needs. The ZeroLag family has welcomed me in very well and even though it isn't a paid position, they welcome me in like family, offered to buy premium, and gave me 25$ this christmas (from tony).

Life isn't always about getting paid, sometimes it is about gaining experience.
