I will be using a plugin called Skript to code this. It's free, barely takes up any RAM (unlike real plugins), and can be done much faster than a real Java coded plugin. Your choice!

I would like it so there's milestones which can be permissions, items or xp or even a broadcasted message and these milestones are for specific reached amounts of loyalty points which can be configurable


Also if possible can you make me a simple FAQ plugin too.

As far as making you the recode, I could not do that in under an hour. So it would have to be a paid plugin. But for the FAQ, you just need to send me all the questions and answers and I can easily do that for you. Skype - Resurator
