I am representing a Minecraft Server as one of the two owners. This Server is going to be a Factions server for 1.9+ and will be available within the next couple weeks, however, we'd like to get our staff team situated.

Guidelines
- Do not apply if you cannot dedicate at least 2+ hours a day without the need of reminders from staff.
- Age does not matter, however, the younger you are, the more we will be expecting maturity out of you.
- If you are applying for a Senior Administrator or Developer, you should have some extensive experience including but not limited to: a portfolio, notable servers worked for, proof of previously held positions in any form, resume or some sort of list explaining your attributes and skills.
- If you are currently staff on another server, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. We are looking for staff who can put 100% of their effort towards our server.

- A Developer should be able to confidently respond to the Owners' wishes and work on projects directed by them. They should know how to create plugins and work with Minecraft Servers.
- A Senior Administrator is the closest to "Co-Owner" anyone can get on our server. This rank is considered management and can make slightly more powerful decisions than Jr. Administrators. The normal requirement for this position is 1+ Year of Service in the Jr. Admin rank. However, under these circumstances, a heavy portfolio and extensive interview process will make up for it.
- A Junior Administrator uses more advanced in-game commands to help provide players with the support they need. They can do an impressively lot more than Moderators can and are generally the best staff member to contact for account issues.
- Moderators do the most basic form of moderation within the server from support to muting and banning. They are the primary rule enforcers within the server. Senior Moderators have slightly more advanced commands than Junior Moderators, but both can generally get the job done.
- If you want to help build major areas within the server, this is the position for you. You remain a player who can still participate in events, but also receive the satisfaction of assisting the server. Most builders are rewarded for their work in In-Game items or currency and also get their own armor kit that is similar to the donator kits.
