Discord DM Bot (Payed Job)

Looking for someone to code a discord self bot that will automatically dm people in a specific server a specific message.
Basically i'd run the bot on an alt account on a discord server, and it will message each person in that server one by one.
Some things to note:

I'm using this to pm people invite links to other servers so keep that in mind.
Must be able to run the bot several times so that it can run on multiple alts.
Must be able to make copies so that i can run it on several computers.
I've got very little knowledge when it comes to coding so please be patient and be willing to answer my dumb ass questions if you decide to make this for me.

First off, this is 100% against discord's TOS, so you probably won't find anyone who would do this, but who knows, you can find some pretty scummy people here

Second, the price would be really high, considering that this job is risky on both ends
