I would like to reach out and see if anybody out there is interested in talking some more about a project, it requires that you be at least 16 years of age or older as it will be a registered entity, the project resides within Discord, it is for a modular Discord bot, the details of which I can provide via DM if you are interested in learning more. The project already has two developers and a small team, however, this is a large project geared towards large communities and other developers, it is highly organized making use of resources like Trello, Google Apps, GitHub, GitBook, and well of course Discord and several other productivity and development tools. We are looking for Developers who are skilled in Discord Bot development, including languages like Discord.js, Node.js, Java, Python, Discord.net, and Discord.go
We are also looking for Developers with familiarity or a desire to learn about integrating Discord with web-dashboards, and web development languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, C++, and CSS
We are also looking for Graphic Designers and Graphic Artists that have a solid grasp on creating uniform design themes across a wide range of mediums and who have experience with programs like Adobe Photoshop Suite, Adobe Illustrator, GIMP, Adobe InDesign, and CoralDraw, any other experience is greatly appreciated.
We are also looking for power-users, people who know Discord inside and out, but who may not necessarily know the development side of Discord, they need to have a solid grasp on setting up Discord bots, troubleshooting basic problems, and most of all, be well behaved and tolerant of others.
We are also looking for some users who have skills with animation and video design, working in programs like Moho, Adobe Animate, Synfig Studio, Pencil 2D, and AutoDesk, as well as Houdini, Cinema 4D, Sony Vega Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, and Pinnacle Studio and the ability to create uniform themes across a wide range of mediums.
We are also looking for those writers of the world, people who have experience writing blogs, news articles, announcements, copywrite for webpages, and most of all experience writing with programs and services like GitBook, Google Docs, and Dropbox, and who are able to create a uniform writing style.
Furthermore, we are looking for staff members who have an amazing ability to lead others to success and are more concerned with boosting their team members than themselves.
and Finally, we need those social stars, those glamorous people who just like to hammer it out on Social Media and in chats, b/c who doesn't want that person around?
Some other positions we are looking for include Financial types, those with experience with Project Management, people who have experience running Translation teams, and people who have experience as forum or online chat moderators and rule enforcers, also those who have experience managing recruitment, and staffing policies and guidelines.
On an additional note, we are also looking for someone with legal experience, we do not require completion of a JD program for this position but extensive knowledge in business law is a must.
We operate legitimately and any offers of service will be bound in contract, so both parties are aware of what is expected.
Some basic perks we offer,
- Flexible time, work when you want, take as much time off as you would like.
- Earned perks such as Discord Nitro for life, upgraded PC equipment such as new keyboards, headsets, and mice, and for exceptional staff members even a new custom-built PC from our CEO.
- We do our best to distribute earned income evenly across the board as it grows, so will your salary, we do not place caps on staff member salary, you earn a percentage of the pot, and we have no board members, the staff shares equally.
- We also want to create a unique culture, as such we engage in group activities such as trying out new video games together, participating in online Dungeons and Dragons campaigns with each other, and of course who doesn't love a good Karaoke night or book club?
