DominionMC is an established upcoming Factions network! Featuring Hades turbo maps with plans for a large scale competitive factions server in Atlantis! We're looking to add enthusiastic, active and motivated staff to our team, to ensure that as the server expands and grows all players can receive help as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Available positions and duties:
Please note these positions are voluntary and unpaid. Promotions to higher positions are earned and asking for promotions may incur disciplinary action.

Helper:

• The first step in the chain of command. As a helper you're the first point of contact for a player.
• You need to be able to answer basic questions players might have.
• Playing with players as part of a faction and engaging with the community.
• To converse with other players in a friendly and professional manner
• To be able to direct players with issues beyond your control up the chain of command via Discord or Forums.
• To ensure all bug reports and suggestions are logged with higher members of staff.
• Moderating chat in discord and in-game to the best of your ability. Ensuring all rules are aderid to by players.

Trail-Moderator:

• The next step after helper is Trial-Mod! As a trial-mod you'll take on more responsibilities and permissions. You'll also begin to learn our Screensharing practices to become a full Moderator.
• To have basic knowledge of cannons and the game mechanics of factions.
• To be able to answer more advanced questions players may have.
• To be able to issue temporary bans in accordance with our rules.
• To be able to resolve disputes and calm situations down between players.

All other positions on our network are earned from these positions.

Requirements:

• Must be 13 or older.
• Must have basic prior knowledge of factions.
• Must not have past history or Doxing/Ddosing.
• If promoted to Moderator you will not be allowed to play comp factions on DominionMC.
• You may play comp factions on other competitive servers, however, if you neglect your duties or are banned for hacking on other servers, you will be instantly demoted.
• Must have microphone and recording software.
• Must have a level of maturity.
• Must be able to be active on discord and in-game
• Must NOT be staff on any other server.
