[Dysonical] Server Staff

Hey everyone!

Dysonical is a new upcoming Skyblock server with a number of features including boss fights, pig racing and meteor showers! We plan to release before the end of January and are currently looking for a wide range of staff including:

• Helpers
• Mods
• Builders
• Admins (Currently Closed)
• Developers

Please note that these are voluntary positions. When applying please ensure you have some kind of portfolio / past experience to show (it doesn't need to be much!)

1) We require a certain standard of quality for all positions, not too high ensure Dysonicals professionalism and function
2) As stated in the post above, all positions are voluntary. The only reason that a developer role is available is for new developers that might want some work experience - as a developer myself, I understand that once you get to a certain degree of skill / experience it is necessary to be paid.

So yo expect them to be good at moderating but you wont pay them?
And developers will just work for free?

As I have already said, there needs to be a certain standard of quality for not only our server but for every server. I can't be hiring 7 year old mods with no experience who will just mess around the entire time. Mods are expected to be professional, be able to do their job and at the very least have some knowledge of what a mod does. As a starting server, paying mods is definitely not a priority or worth it (as I'm sure you can imagine) as it doesn't really require any special skills.

As I have already said, we are not actively looking for developers as I am one myself. I am simply providing any work experience for anyone that may want it. I'm doing this to try and help out the community and help newer developers grow their knowledge

Either way, you are not required to volunteer and therefore there shouldn't be a problem
