Okay! To get introductions out of the side, I'm Michael, 18 years old and in need of a plugin to be developed for me.
As an Origin to what the server we are working on is about, my best friend died this july, due to ARVC in spain, and while he was alive, we was working on a server idea to make factions more unique and interesting rather than it be stale and unoriginal, so, in honor of him I'm going to continue this idea, but I can't do it with my friends alone because we have no Bukkit coding knowledge, at least not advanced to the point to be able accomplish such a goal.
To save you time reading this, I'll get the most important things out of the way for developers willing to take this on:
Budget: $10-$1000(I believe programming should be respected, don't expect to be paying nothing).
Skype: asda.price.100 (Don't ask about the name lmao).
Agreements: Firstly, you have to be willing to at least talk to me once or twice in order to understand this idea, it's huge trust me. Secondly, I don't want to have to pay extra say if the plugin has an issue that either you did or I did, and similarly, if minecraft updates and it leaves the plugin critical. Thirdly, I do not pay all of the sum up front, depending on how much it costs, yeah sure I'll throw in a deposit, but I want to be met halfway throughout this, and lastly, I do need more plugins developed for myself, so if I get a good result out of this, I'll be sure to come straight back to you

Okay! So that's out of the way, I'll give a general rundown and not cover everything, as I want it to be as private as possible, so I can discreetly talk to the developer myself regarding other matters.
Elements, this was our huge plan to take over the faction scene! Nah just playing we was hoping it would be enjoyable though. Fire, Water, Earth and Air. The special ones, which will be explained to those willing, are Storm and Mystic. Each has it's own strengths and weaknesses, fire being the brute force, water being the ranged, air being swift movement, earth being the manipulation and assistance, storm being like fire but you know, cooler lmao, mystic being some sort of over looker of all the elements so to speak, like it's abilities are just way cooler and sick, but not overpowered.
Oh yeah, P.S, all donations made on the server are going straight to a charity which is currently being picked by my bestfriends parents.
