I'm not here to be disrespectful, but your website is just terrible, to the point where even a free bootstrap template would look more professional.
I'd suggest you use the money from the 'investors' to purchase a template.

Is this a host? Even the website doesn't tell anything about what they're selling.
Might I just add, you still have no Terms of Service or any other policy for that matter apart from "integrity.docx" which doesn't achieve anything. From my point of view, you clearly don't have any regard for your clients because if you did, you would have already set this up.
These policies are critical for controlling how clients use your service and the protection they get. This stems from the acceptable use of your site/service to your user's content and how it's controlled.

Our integrity document is about third party relations. The rest of the policies are not set up because there is no foundation on which to base them on. Until the clients have issues or problems brought up, we cannot make any changes or implementations. Policies are more of an answer to a question for us. We let the customers decide our business growth, which is vital to our success. We are 100% customer centric.
As it stands now, they are free to do "anything". Only limited by built in technical limitations. Should a problem come up, we will implement and make changes accordingly. They need to be in correlation to the core value of the business.
Look, I'm not trying to offend or belittle you or your service in any way here but, you don't seem to have the capability to run this service of yours. From all the other user's comments about you, you seem very immature and are not taking on suggestions. From all of the negative reps your account has received, you surely understand this?
Your website still looks sketchy even after all of the suggestions to improve it. Furthermore, your disregard for essential documents such as Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and so on really worries me. How would you handle someone abusing your service if you have no TOS set out? You can't... Plus, your new Privacy Policy is useless as nowhere do your clients agree to this (I'm guessing this is still being updated though).
This had to be said and, I'm sure I'm not the only one who shares this opinion. I won't say any more on this topic as I don't want to be seen as trashing as such but I just wanted to share my opinion.

As it was brought to our attention it was being unfair, which I was not aware of at the time, we no longer created multiple threads.
To go this low is unethical. Just because you are mad and upset that we will not let you stay if you are not a customer using our services. It is not much about the pay either. We have given away free servers, we have refunded everyone who wanted one (including those who were clearly trying to do harm to the business).
In such an industry like this, we cannot allow people to come in and steal ideas. We are very clear on this. We reserve the right to make those decisions. If we do not know who you are, what your intentions are and you just sit there. We will not allow that. We have to defend our name and where we stand.

Seriously, fix your webpage it is unprofessional. Fix your ToS, payment information and overall your information to your clients. Be nice to customers and explain your host to them because the might wanna buy a service from you, if you can't even do that please don't start a host. As I look at your overall reactions here I would like to ask you for your identification? Because you are being to childish and not handling all of the negative comments as a professional. My tip to you: Get your host offline and redo it. And do something about mister EGO FCAA with his BS about being the best and not having to listen to others.
