Exodus >> Requesting Professional Staff

At the moment the server is currently whitelisted.

Hello there! I have created a new server called Exodus, a Towny/Survival server with crates, custom end, auctions, custom plugins, and much more! The server has currently not released, but when released we are expecting 10-20 players. This may be small, but once donations build up we will buy slot(s), YouTubers, and more. The server is nearly done. We still need to get a banner, website and forums, possibly a TeamSpeak, and repair some bugs in-game. I am here to recruit staff. Each staff rank has it's own duties.

As a Helper, you will just watch chat, and punish chat rule breakers.
As a Moderator, you will watch chat, punish chat rule breakers, and ban hackers.
As an Admin, you will manage the Helper and Moderators and make sure they do their job well.
Most importantly, Skype is absolutely necessary if you want to be in any of these positions. We have our own Exodus staff chat. The format to apply for each of these is down below, so please use the format!

I am trying to make a strong, professional, overall amazing staff team. In your application, you must show you are worthy for the position you are applying for.

You will either be promoted/demoted in your staff journey. Put as much detail as you can in your application, overall just make it amazing to show that you are worthy. If you are accepted, you will be PM'ed by me and we will further discuss from there. You will maybe be interviewed if you get accepted. I will only be accepting the best applicants, who I feel are worthy. I may possible accept more people, exceeding the limit if they are good enough.

I said that i really enjoy work for servers and this is my true, i have experience in servers(i had 4) and i have many ideas for a awesome server

I know how to manage websites ( a bit) i know how to do alot with plugins as i had my own server but i couldnt pay for it no more so i deleted it I can also do alot of banning for hackers as i pvp alot on other servers and i know if a hacker is hacking or not(even the small details)

• As Staff i would be in charge of a staffing team
• Undertake jobs and investigate issues and report Bugs
• Constant surveillance on the server to make sure all is in good order
• Moderating Staff and Players to ensure safety of the server and its player-base
• And Any other Handy Man jobs!

Why do you want to be part of our staff?:

im a 17 year old gamer who has been playing minecraft since the beginning i have ran three servers from a prison to a factions server, and being a 17 year old i am very mature for my age, I presume you are looking for professional staff, In that case im your guy. Over the past 4 Years i have went from server to server playing as staff. Staff plays a huge part in a server, Yes you may think your Overpowering because you have all this commands, But in actual fact having this command and that prefix makes you a representative of the server and the owner. I would like to find a steady server that has enough funding to not go down anytime soon last servers have all had funding issues and i would really like to find a server that doesn't have or need to worry about this problem.


Have you ever been staff on a server before?
I used to work for a prison server for 3 years. This server ran and i was a huge part of the remastered 4 times unfortunately this server was decommissioned due to funding
I have run 4 Smaller servers all in witch i got bored of because i didn't have the time back then due tro studies but i am back and hopefully to find a perfect server to settle down with.
And Many other servers witch were small but then closed due to funding.

I am very experienced staff member who prefers to work in senior staffing because i am skilled to handle a team of moderators and itrs what i do best. i have great team leader and team work skills which over the years have paid off
