Factions Discord Integrated Plugin/Bot

Looking for a management bot that is also capable of relaying information in-game into our discord Discord.

Things to be relayed in Discord:
FTOP (updated every hour)
Alerts (from our anticheat)
Punishments (bans, mutes, ingame)

Management features:
Welcome message to every user who joins both in DM and in specified discord channel
!ban, !mute
Ticket commands such as:
!add Add a user to the ticket
!remove Remove a user from the ticket
!new Create a normal ticket
!buycraft Create a buycraft ticket
!close Close a ticket
!private Make it so only admins and higher can view the ticket
!rename Rename the ticket

Note: some of these features we may want relayed in a different discord than our main: such as alerts from the anti cheat
