Hi I own navalclash a military themed factions movecraft server and we are looking for a strong female admin to join our team. I need a no lifer someone who can just be online. To some people someone who has no life is looked down on, I on the other hand would value such a person as I require someone to manage the staff and generally watch my back. There could be remuneration for your time we can discus it. Male members of the community may apply but I am looking for someone in particular.

You must be a deccent person (respectful, nice, well mannered, no swearing)
You must be Calm
You must have Discord
You must have a mic
You must be available for uptoo 5 hours a day (Mostly weekends 8 Hours).

You're asking for pure insanity, not to mention you can easily find a competent and mature administrator of either sex right here on mcmarket. Restricting it to females because of a preconceived relevance to maturity is foolish, and I can guarantee you right now that you aren't going to get the best person for the job using this method. Also, nobody has eight hours a day to contribute to a project like this. We all have lives and hobbies to attend to.

Can i disprove your point with the "Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012" (Australia). Disallowing people to employ/promote/dismiss anyone just for their gender alone. however there are small exceptions such as for Counselors and doctors (Mainly Public Sector Jobs)

Please don't take this as having me having ago at you, just me notifying you of what a laws govern where you live. in a workplace environment.

Yes, women can sometimes be more mature than men, but that does not mean that they are better. You can have a girl who is good at everything, but a boy who is much better at staffing. The point is, different people, no matter their gender, race, sexual orientation (et cetera), can have different abilities. If you are discriminating against a specific sex, that's just wrong. Judge by abilities, not looks or identifications.

Also, making someone work for you 8 hours a day is literally slaving a person without compensation what so ever. People can spend 40 hours a week on something else that pays them rather than having no life working for just you.

I’m the head admin of the server, can confirm he is looking for someone to be an admin. You’ll be working closely with me and literally the most toxic community I’ve ever come across. (Droopy and I are nice, though)

Maybe if I switch my gender I’ll be sufficient, haha

The server is one of a kind, and there’s a steep learning curve as many of the duties of an Admin are very unconventional. I’ve been working with droopy since may of 2017, he’s a great guy with the best intentions, although I’m sure anyone with the right attitude and knowledge would be able to fill the position regardless of gender. We’ve found hiring within the evergrowing community not to be working as well as it used to, in wake of worldedit accidents and insubordination. Encouraging people who are articulate and dedicated to apply.

There was this one server that had 100 pb then got a female admin and the server got a ton of players + there were less staff complaints.
