Female Admin Required ! ! !

Hi I own navalclash a military themed factions movecraft server and we are looking for a strong female admin to join our team. I need a no lifer someone who can just be online. To some people someone who has no life is looked down on, I on the other hand would value such a person as I require someone to manage the staff and generally watch my back. There could be remuneration for your time we can discus it. Male members of the community may apply but I am looking for someone in particular.

You must be a deccent person (respectful, nice, well mannered, no swearing)
You must be Calm
You must have Discord
You must have a mic
You must be available for uptoo 5 hours a day (Mostly weekends 8 Hours).

I have been traveling for the past 3 days and am very disappointing in the communities response to my thread. Someone going so far as to give me negative rep just for not liking WHO I am looking for. :tdown: I am looking for a female admin because of the maturity factor in my experience yes but also because there are too many male staff members in the minecraft community and giving a female player a chance to be a high level staff member should be seen as gender equality not sexism. If I had have asked for a male staff member (of which all of my staff currently are) this would have not been a problem. How can I be sexist if I am asking for a female staff member and have 8+ male staff members. I have already found one lovely female member of the community and am currently in talks to have her join our server. As I have said above I will accept responses from both males and females and have had responses from both. Women just handle certain situations better than men I have seen it on multiple servers. If you think I am sexist that is too bad for you gender equality BOYS.

I have two female staff, both of them are super awesome at their duties.
But I also have male staff, who are also kick ass, so.. I can't complain.
