Founder ranks/ takeing staff applications for new Econ server (12 mo lease)

after many years playing minecraft on pc and console me and my cousin have decided to dive head first into hosting our own econ survival server last week and have purchased a year long lease with a hosting website. while in the birthing stages our server goals are simple, run an econ server where every free player can feel like they can control a market with hard work just as well or better than donor's. to give donors an extra rewarding experience as a thank you for their financial support. lastly to provide a space where players can work with staff to create an econ server that is not reliant on the owners managment of the economy or the players farming massive amounts of energy for profit but rather an balance of server shop and player shops with direct trade sprinkled on top.

Interested in obtaining a founder rank with our server? even if you just wanna find out what extra benefits are being offered all you need do is respond here and aside from what ill say now about founder at least being a title designating the "founding" players of the server who were there at the start and depending on involvement in improving the server will depend on the level of reward bestowed upon the server's official public launch.

Staff

1) previous experience as staff on minecraft
2) gaming schedule (can be a rough estimate, mainly needed for managing amount of staff with daytime vs nighttime schedules)
3) what is one question you would ask someone who has applied if you trying to staff your minecraft server?


on a side note we are looking for someone who might play mine craft and have knowledge of java for future custom plugins. please respond at the same discord link above if interested in working together.

thanks for your input. if it was simply that easy with dyslexia to correct my grammar/spelling errors i would, even with spell check its not quite that easy. but it seems you just dropped by to comment on something so thanks for that at least. btw my hyperactivity makes it easy to overlook grammar errors even when double checking...sounds like im making excuses here but im a bit sick of my grammar being pointed out when i think its clear im at least trying to write properly. (edit) in the midst of getting defensive i dont think i was being fair here. thinking on it i probably should have taken much more time to ensure it looked more formal thanks again for the input

I understand completely with you as my own cousin has dyslexia, however, we are talking about finding your potential partners and possible staff team as well, and it's best to show that you are formal and professional to attract the best of the best. No intentions of trashing your thread, just stating my thoughts on how to make you look better.
