Like Hydrant said, extruding would be good.
What program and/or rig are you using?
Try also adding some effects or a little more to your renders and maybe making them PNGs (I'm not sure if you chose the white background for watermark reasons). I know they are just renders but adding some effects even though their just renders really makes them pop.
No matter, they look nice and I hope to see more work in the future
