Full website + WHMCS theme

Hello.

I need someone to make me a decent looking website.
The one we currently have just can't cut it anymore.

I am looking for something clean, simple and easy to read through.
I'd prefer if all the graphics are in a SVG format or a PSD format.

It should have modern design cues, must include some sort isometric graphics.

I would also want to have a complete WHMCS theme to along with it - same design of course.

If you wish so we can just re-use the UI kit that's already applied on there, but that means I would not spend over $50 USD to get the full package.

Looking for someone that has a lot of experience and can provide me a nice portfolio to look at.
