This is just a test server so it's up to the new owner to advertise. Once someone bids or buys now I will give them all of the plugins / files and it's up to them what to do with it.

As you can see the only plugins that weren't custom were WorldEdit, MultiVerse and Votifier which aren't necessarily needed if you would like to be 100% custom.
