Gamer Diversity is recruiting staff! We are a soon-to-release KitPvP server that needs help throughout the launch and lifespan of our server as well as preparing the server for release!

What We Need:
-Builders
-Moderators
-Administrator (1) (Earned Through Trust)
-DEVELOPERS (We desperately need 1-2 developers willing to help out with the final touches of our soon-to-release KitPvP server!)
-Co-Owner

Requirements:
(Admin and Mod)
-16 years of age
-Discord *
-Working Microphone *
-Ability to respond to tags quickly! *
-Contribution of Ideas

(Builder)
-18 years of age
-Discord *
-Working Microphone *
-Ability to respond to tags quickly *
-Meet Deadlines
-Act on ideas without being told what to do at all times *

(Developers and Co-Owners)
-16 (dev) and 17 (owner) years of age *
-Discord *
-Working Microphone *
-Ability to respond to tags quickly *
-Experience with configuring plugins
-Mature *
-Professional *
-Work on server development when not asked to do so *

Why do builders and Devs need to be certain ages+? Shouldn't it be based in skill not age?
