I am a factions server owner, and we need a general manager. You need to be able to do everything, including most importantly the server plugins, managing the staff, recruiting. I don't care in what way you actually work. Honestly, my only requirement is that the server makes a certain profit. You will have a wage as normal. I always like to ask a couple of questions from time to time how it is going so we should have a platform where we can communicate at any time.
