Havoc OP PvP - Unique OP Factions server with RPG/Custom Plugins

I no longer unfortunately have time for my Server and need a very active and willing owner to take care of my community and hopefully do something special.

I really have no idea what the server goes for. I had issues with hosting and scams so a ton of my donations were taken away, hence no expensive advertisements, etc.

The server opened in around July/August 2014.

Let me explain some amazing features about my server:
- It has a few custom plugins to allow some bugs to be fixed, and I still have some lying around not used. Very simple though.
- I just reset this one and a half weeks ago.
- The RPG is amazing and addicting for new players.
- The shopkeepers and my server alone is known for the item ID '363' (Spawn Egg) to be spent on these shopkeepers for amazing and cool weapons and items.
- Custom biome world edited with a 3 deepness, with 4 different biomes.
- 2 whole custom terrained worlds.
- End blocked (easier for glitching, harder raiding, etc)
- New rank just added.
- Custom bags added to be dropped from mobs/bought, so when opened, it can give unique named items with cool enchants, or even spawners.
- Voting gives a Vote Bag to open as well as items such as diamonds, etc.

My server used to be a decent population, gaining around 20-50 a day, and very stable on weekends. The same happened the reset day of launch.

I am so busy with college and just need that one owner who can have staff to help the server be itself again. Donations were incredibly steady and would be made back with ease if you really put the work in to try and gain the people back or even a new population. Just make sure you go with the flow of what the server has, as it's very unique with a ton of mix.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to put in any more. It was very fun while it lasted and I made a goodbye post to my community saying it's coming to an end, so be very quick.

All I know is, is it must be worth quite a bit. The domain and site itself is still visited, the PMC advert has a ton of views.

Your pmc views don't seem to matter since your player base is so small. You can't use it as an excuse to price the server higher than its worth.

It is true, but this is because I have told them it is shutting down. They all have moved and play another server.

If for some reason it does get an active owner, I can guarantee they'll come back.
