HCF Like never before (Need staff)

Yes, I know, a claim everyone seems to make. That their server is a "unique experience". I assure you, BanditHCF truly is. Unlike many other servers, we are not short on ideas. We have come up with many custom features that will change how HCF is viewed. The reason I have not gone into specific detail is so that our ideas aren't stolen before we get to implement them. With this being said, we need staff. We need people to help turn our ideas and plans into a reality. For now, we aren't paying staff members, as we are in very early development, but there is no saying that won't change in the future.

In terms of qualifications, we don't care so much about age as we do about talent/maturity. With that being said, you do need a good quality, working microphone, discord, and an overall desire to see this server succeed. I am going to say this now. If you are in it for the money, don't bother to contact me. As I said, we will most likely end up paying staff once we get things going, but if you expect to make a ton of money, there is no use even applying.

If someone is willing to make the effort to steal your ideas for their server and make it truly unique. Don't you think that they deserve the idea just as much as you? Eventually when you do release someone is going to look at your server and if it is good they will make a server similar and or better. So why not release the great ideas, so that the upcoming staff can be excited?

That wasn't what I meant, I will definitely inform the staff team, I just didn't want to put in directly on the thread so that people could just take the ideas without even being apart of the server and use them.
