Hello User looking at this thread, as the title states my network is looking for another Owner. As Owner you will receive everything that comes with the title as it usually would. You will be given your rank on everything.
About HCRuins:
HCRuins is an upcoming Hardcore Factions server, we are currently in development but have everything we need. (Plugins, Builds, Dedicated Server, Website, Teamspeak, Discord, Domain, and GFX)
Our Discord is slowly but surely gaining members we are currently at (158 members, with 4 server boosts aswell)
We have been working non-stop to bring this server to release and it is slowly paying off. We have not discussed release date but are planning to release the server very soon, I have been contacting content creator in the community trying to get a base price for advertisements, and more! We are currently partnered with 3 youtubers and also have 3 others recording for us.
I am mainly looking to create this server to bring the HCF community back and make HCF a less PAY TO WIN experience. Yes, there is donations and yes they help advance players BUT we will also be adding things to ensure people who cannot donate have a fun experience as-well.
What is your role as Owner:
As Owner, you will have as much authority as I would and are able to do everything I am, we MUST talk with each other when making executive decisions to ensure we agree with each other before proceeding.

The answer is yes but it will be a one time payment only. Yes, that is correct a one-time payment. After the one-time payment, You will not have to put more money towards the server at all unless by your choice.
As Owner you will also receive percentage of donations.
I am the main owner of HCRuins and to accommodate for the other Owner as well I will not receive donations until everything is paid back/for!
My first priority for payments is the server itself. Once we get enough to cover server costs the amount owed to you will be paid off, and you will also receive your percentage on top.
