Hi, the HeartSMP server is looking for various managers to help get the server more active and enjoyable.
About the server
The server focuses primarily on Lifesteal adventure with Clans (factions) variants and an online map for better PvP focus. The server has been developed for over a year and has quite an active player base with active development and all the actual players on Discord. We already have various people who help us create polls and get players' feedback so we can make the server accordingly to them.

Content Creators Manager: Manage content creators, applications, promotions, and rewards.
Marketing Manager: Handle marketing, social media, and finding creators.
Staff Mentor: Help select new staff and mentor them based on our system.
Community Feedback: Gather and summarize community feedback for improvements. Different areas: Newbies, Retention, Community in-game & Community on Discord
Efficiency Manager: Oversee all departments to ensure smooth operation.
Less important:
Testing Department: Ensure all changelog updates work as intended.
Event Organizer: Create Discord or in-game events for the community.
Innovation Analyst: Compare other servers and suggest new ideas and changes.
