Hey! I'm Alex, and I'd like to offer my services for servers who have the following:
1. A mature owner/owner tag-team and staff team.
2. AT LEAST one month has passed since initial launch of server (IP address has been created) OR the server plan has been set in stone AND there's a reliable fund plan (able to pay to keep server running).
3. Owner(s) must be able to trust me with commands, as I have experience and know how to handle issues and get along with players fairly well.

1. On a previous account (of which I don’t remember the name of) I was a helper, then moderator, then administrator for a very small, very new server. As this was three years ago, and I have since lost my previous account’s information, I don’t remember the server’s name. Sadly, the server was forced to shut down due to lack of funds.
2. I was a helper for a server called Pixelcraft. Me and one of the owners didn’t see eye to eye on some issues, and thus I was fired then banned for “misconduct”. I’m still not sure what misconduct means in this situation, and the certain owner has refused to elaborate.
3. I was a helper then a moderator for a server called MCOP. I was a part of staff for a week and a half. Me and the two owners involved had an argument about a problem player (hacks, constant disrespect, etc.) and what we should do about him. I repeatedly said ban him because he was repeatedly breaking the rules after we (staff and owners) gave him many chances. I left on a not-so-fantastic note, they wouldn’t listen to what I had to say.
4. I was moderator for another server called Vexx Network for 3 weeks. The server was shut down due to lack of funding and a lack of passion to keep the server public.
Please Note - Although I get accepted by owners, the server either never goes up (and I leave due to inactivity) or lack of communication about the basics (rules, commands, etc). This does NOT equate to experience. Thank you!
Some questions:
Why should we choose you over anyone else?
I have experience, more time on my hands, and a heightened response speed.
What makes you different?
My social skills and ability to cooperate with others easily. I’m able to provide friendly and honest support to players.
Any other language that you are fluent at? (Except for English)
No.
Any mental illnesses that we should know that will affect your time here on the server?
I have anxiety and depression. However, these shouldn’t affect my work. It hasn’t before.
Someone is acting racist. What is their punishment?
Go in tiers. First time the player says something racist, warn them. Second time the player says something racist, mute them for an hour. Third time the player says something racist, mute them for six hours. Punishments would increase in severity over time.
Someone is hacking. What is their punishment?
Just like the previous scenario, you’d go in tiers. First time a player hacks, ban them for a week. Second time a player hacks, ban them for a month. Third time a player hacks, ban them permanently. Since you can’t warn a hacker, it would be best to ban them sooner than later.
You see a staff member hacking. What would you do?
This depends on multiple factors. Is the staff manager online on the server/discord/server forums? If they are online, contact them as quickly as possible so they can handle the situation accordingly. If they aren’t online, leave a message on discord or on the server forums detailing what you know.
You see that the server is slower and is experiencing more lag than usual. What would you do?
Since I have no experience on the more technical side of server running, I wouldn’t know what to do. I’d probably ask general chat if anyone had any large redstone contraptions or spawners (the bigger, money making ones). Other than that, I’d have to ask other staff.
