Hiring a developer for help with Towny Plugin

Hello,
I am working on a survival paper server that is currently running the towny plugin. Towny works great as a claiming plugin for my server however there is one main issue I have with it, that being, players are limited to only one claim/town. I would like to continue using the towny system, with an additional custom tool that allows players to open a GUI to view a list of their owned claims. Players should be able to freely switch between their owned claims with perhaps only a 30 min cooldown.

I am looking to hire someone that preferably is familiar with the Towny ecosystem. Thank you!

What's the purpose of having players switch towns? The plugin already allows players to be a part of various towns/nations through various means. There are nations themselves which allow permissions to be configured by players to enable nation members to perform actions (break/place blocks, open chests etc) and outposts so that players can claim land elsewhere.

I'm not bashing I'm just genuinely wondering what the benefit would be as I'm sure you're thinking of something I'm not.
