When exactly will it occur? Not trying to be rude but that's what you also told people in your other thread but haven't seen any new changes come by to your host yet. Why bother offering hosting to Youtubers when your host is lacking quite a few things that were recommended by others, especially the critical things such as a new Web Design, Thread Design and etc. Again not bashing, just trying to help improve.

If we can’t have a public trust, there is no sense is trying to improve in new areas. That is why we advertise.

I don't know if your customers want this but I'm pretty sure the public wants you guys to get a Decent Website along with a decent thread design. All I have to say.
