How to put custom names on items for crates?

I been trying to figure out how to add the vote for the server with /vote on an item in a create

So I think you just do /itemrename "vote leggings" then do /lore add "vote for the server with" /lore add "/VOTE" obvs with colors of your choice then add the items through the in-game editor

You can do it with a menu or creat pluging by using DeluxeMenus or CrazyCraes to run a command
