Introduction: Hello MCM Community, my name is Yahfa and I am the founder and owner of, Hyquest. We are a new Minecraft server seeking talent. We started around last week, and it has been going great so far. Our planned scheduled release is October 5th 2019. We have gotten a lot of work done so far, and all we need are developers and staff members to assist us in this incredible journey to start this server up.
Staff Ranks: We need a wide variety of staff members from, Junior Helper to Administrators. Like stated before, we are seeking people that would love to apply for out network and assist us in the beta stages of our server. Before I begin talking about each staff role, if you have any questions or inquires dm me, @Yahfa#5375.
Junior Helper
Junior Helper is in charge of looking over the chats and helping people out. If and when a player asks for help, they are in charge of assisting that user in need of assistance. If there was to ever be an issue, the Junior Helper would be to report it to any Moderator+ that is currently online. Junior Helpers will also look over the Discord chat too in-case of any trouble that can be occurring. Junior Helpers will be closely monitored by out staff manager, Banned to see if they are eligible for a promotion.
Helper
Helper is in charge of looking over the chat as well. Helper will be in-charge of dealing with more in-depth issues such as teleporting to someone if they have an issue. These issues can include bugs/glitches, insiding, etc... Helper also is in-charge of making sure the players are having a good time in the Discord server and making sure no issues occur from then on.
Moderator
Moderators are in charge of making sure that there are no rule breakers on the server. When a moderator does find a rule breaker, they are to screen-share them and get proof of any valid evidence that they can be caught as a cheater. They are also looking over the Helpers and Junior Helpers to make sure they are answering everything properly when answering questions on Discord and in-game. Moderators also have the ability to kick any member that gets 3 warnings in-game.
Senior Moderator
Senior Moderators are in charge of overseering the moderators and making sure they are doing their job correctly. A Senior Moderator is to join the screen-share channel with the Moderator to make sure they are doing a correct job. Senior Moderators also have the ability to ban anyone for any reason such as duping, having more then 3+ alts, being very disrespectful, has 5 warnings+, botting, etc...
Administrator
Administrators are in charge of the whole server itself when no Senior Administrator or Owner is present. Administrators deal with any buycraft related issue and any botting in the server if so. These guys also manage the forums and make sure nothing is going wrong with the forums too. Administrators are able to host staff meetings and ban anyone from the Discord if needed. These guys also can ban-ip any botters in the event of a bot attack. They also have the ability to second any promotions and have a suggestion or take on who gets promoted or not.
