Just as a heads up, you might need a test server. I hate to reply again but I'm trying to save you time, I doubt someone's gonna let you into their server with op and ftp access, you have no vouches or anything.

Also you can host local server, setup files and then send the files to him and ask if anything needs to be changed, one way of doing it.
