Well, if someone is selling about for $20, the quality is expected to be high, if you sell it for a dollar, people won't buy from you, due to it normally being crap.

.com looks more finished, and would show more respect as the price is higher than xyz.
Which can be the final thougt from the customer, if the customer is technical minded then he properly know's the prices of each domains. And could give him another opinion.

It's still a domain though, and you can freely use them for every purpose. The most times it's just a personal taste.

i understand that ,but i cant get everything in one buy as iam on a certain budget and have spent a lot already. So iam just setting things up then i will get a .com domain that's it.
