Heyo everyone, my name is Alundor and I've been into programming for about year and a half and I've been into Minecraft programming for about a year, I'll make you a high-quality plugin with all the features that you would like, I can make a MySQL or Config based file/data storing plugin, or anything else that you would like.
We'll be in touch in the whole time of the plugin development and you'll have all the access to all of the code, here are my prices:

Small plugin: 5$
Medium plugin: 15$
Large plugin: 30$ (Currently not taking orders for large plugins as I do not have much time)!

You can test out the plugin on my test server before you pay (meaning that you will pay after I make a plugin)!

Hey just a suggestion but you should consider also having a NoSQL alternative such as mongo as an option as alot of people prefer it also you should provide a portfolio so that people can see prior work. - Scifi
