Intermediary for Server Purchase ($1,500-$3,000)

Hi there,

I am looking to expand my network into a new genre of server that is currently not public. To do so, I intend to do a full buy out of their network and all of their assets including intellectual property, multimedia networks, custom plugins, resource packs, builds and a small community playerbase of around 150 players - (80 concurrent).

This Network is not presently up for sale, however, I believe that with the right deal, the current Owners will sell.

I estimate the sale to be between $1,500-$3,000, not including the take on of payrolled staff members. This commission will require experience having handled large server transfers and similar assets.

By taking this job, you will be expected to:

• Broker a deal on behalf of our Network with the information provided;
• Encourage the Seller to sign on legal documents pre-prepared by our legal consultants;
• Transfer public and private assets to our Network;
• Obtain all multimedia information;
• Handle the payments between the Buyer and Seller;
• Ensure all assets are covered in the agreements to ensure no contractual avoidance.

Offering: 2-3% based on experience.
