• You agree that you will not charge back.
  
  
• If at any point you open a chargeback, I immediately gain the rights to publish or resell the relevant map as I see fit.
  
  
• Even if you lose the chargeback, I retain those rights.
  If you win the chargeback, you will lose any right to use the map
  Should your opening a chargeback turn out to be a mistake, you have 24h after I notify you that you've opened a chargeback against me to cancel it. If you do not, I will proceed as stated above
  
  
• You agree that you will not resell my creations without my express written permission. I am not obliged to give this under any circumstances, but I usually will unless I have specific reason not to.
  
  
• My express written permission needs to be requested for both reselling and publishing for free
  
  
• You may not claim credit for any of my maps. Credit must ALWAYS be given when map is published anywhere.
  
  
• You may not post the map in its own form on PMC, with or without download options. That would be claiming credit for having made the map. Only if the map is sufficiently edited may you post on PMC after gaining express permission from me. Posting servers that use the map is allowed without express permission.
  
  
• I agree that I will give you a partial refund if there is a technical problem that stops you using it, and I cannot fix it. This is a 50% refund.
  
  
• If there is a technical problem, you will give me all relevant information I ask for. If you refuse, I am not obliged to give you a refund.
  
  
• If you buy the build but decide afterwards that you do not want it, you do not have the right to a refund. At this point you do have the right to ask for permission to resell.
  
  
• If I deliver a build after the deadline I agreed to, you have the right to a $5 discount per 24H that I am late. I will not agree to deadlines that I believe are too tight.
  
  
• If I state that I will “try” to make a deadline (which I will only do if it is too short), I am not agreeing to it and the previous point is void.
  
  
• In the above situation I will name a deadline when I expect to be able to guarantee it done. That is the deadline where the discount applies.

Please read my ToS. By hiring me, you notify me that you agree to it. If you hire me, but indicate you have not agreed to the ToS, I reserve the right to cease all service without refunds. I will attempt to notify you of the existence of the ToS to make sure you read it, but if I fail to do so I carry no responsibility for your failing to read it.
I cannot force you to oblige to it if you have not read it. However, I will cease all service, without refunds, if you indicate you do not wish to follow it. I retain the right to cease or pause any service until you have read and agreed to the terms of service

The price for 500x500 = $15
500:150 = 3,33
$15:3,33 = $4,54

My minimum service price is always $5, so it rounds up a bit. also, it's almost too small for worldpainter, so it may not be as high quality as the rest of my terrain. Apart from that, please do PM me with the details.

Ivain's High Quality Terraforming Service

Greetings, residents of McMarket and other Critters.
It has been a long time, but I have finally decided to open an Official Service Thread.

Below are the base prices per size. These may vary depending on what you want. (this can go both up and down)

Worldpainter

• 500 * 500 - $15 – (half a day)
• 1000 * 1000 - $30 – 1 day
• 2000 * 2000 - $40-60 – 1-2 days
• 3000 * 3000 - $60-70 – 2-3 days
• 4000 * 4000 -$70-90 – 4-9 days
• 5000 * 5000 - $90-120 – 1-2 weeks
• 8000 * 8000 - $170 – 2 weeks-1 month
• 10K * 10K - $250+ – 1-2 months

I am currently experimenting with new techniques and depending on their success may be able to reduce times of the larger maps by half or more.

Please note that HCF maps and similarly simple maps usually have a discount of 20-60% (depending on how simple you want it exactly).


Example HCF map prices:

• 3K * 3K - $30-40
• 5K * 5K - $50-75
  
• 8k * 8K - $100

The above depend on the amount of biomes and other functions required.


Please also note that these are the basic times. It may at all times take longer


Multipliers
what're these? They're the factor by which you can expect the above prices to increase with certain elements/requirements.

• custom-made objects - $5-15 per object ($5 for most mid-sized trees and similar, $15 for very large or complex objects)
• Following a specific outline - Adds 20-50% to total price, depends on outline complexity
• Following a specific map - Adds 50-120% to total price, depending on map size and complexity (required time increases more than linearly with size)
• Recreating a game terrain - Adds 40-200%. This one's quite volatile, as it could be anything from a relatively simple single island to a portion of Skyrim.

Please note that other requirements may also affect the price.

Duration
I cannot currently quote accurate duration, since it depends very much on the circumstances. I've noted the minimum amount of time I expect to need to invest in each map, but this may be spread over numerous days.

PLEASE NOTE THESE SIZES ARE ACCORDING TO THE SIDES OF A SQUARE, NOT THE DISTANCE FROM THE CENTER.
