Our cPanel hosting is provided via reseller from misterhost.net. All our servers are in the US, the cPanel hosting is not on one of our servers. It's simply something I thought would be nice to provide for free.
Regardless I still believe you did not do your part to update me that internally and just because your not colocating the server it still yours for the time that your renting the server from them (even though it a reseller account your still technically renting part of the machine).
I never recieved any questions about the cPanel hosting, it's location, provider or anything else. All you had to do was ask and I would have told you who provided it, I'm not hiding anything.
I see nowhere in your ticket a question relating to where the hosting is provided from or who the provider is. I see general cPanel support questions. I answered all your questions as you asked them.

I had opened a ticket with the reseller to ask about getting Let's Encrypt and which OVH datacenter my reseller account was on when you created the forum post here. I believe you've made your point (albeit invalid), move on.
I'm sorry my free service was provided under such astonishing disloyalty to you.
