Looking for a Co-Owner

Hey there!

I currently run a semi-survival SMP for Minecraft, and I'm looking for someone to run the server with me. I am willing to bear the costs of the server itself, but I'd like someone to work with me on the behind-the-scenes actively, as I am beginning to get very busy with IRL work and study.

This server is 20GB RAM with 50+ plugins as its size, and has a playerbase of around 60 people per day - 10 people on average and peaking at 20-28.

This role will entail a LOT of responsibility, and I want someone who can be active often, have experience in running an SMP server, and decent interpersonal and management skills. I am willing to pay you a share of the earnings if you work with me.
