I'm currently looking for a joint partner to help co-lead and run an upcoming Minecraft server project. This will be a co-ownership role, and I’m specifically looking for someone who brings both leadership and creativity to the table—ideally a content creator with a passion for community-driven gameplay and server growth.
The project is unreleased, with a fully developed concept, strong foundational infrastructure, and a sufficient budget to support scalability, marketing, and high-quality development. It's not going to be a casual server, it's being built to compete at a serious level and deliver a unique experience.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong background in Minecraft and community engagement.
Experience managing or contributing to successful server launches.
Bonus: Active presence on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or Twitch.
