Looking For A developer that is good with hcf

Today im looking for a developer who can set up my hcf server in 2 weeks.
We will be willin to pay $15.
But with the $15 we would like to get a hacking alert plugin like para but not so much like para.When i mean not so like para i mean not as responsive as para as that will cost alot of $.I would also like a dtr plugin/koth and the basic hcf plugins each server has.

Do you expect your HCF server will just be sprouting with hundreds of players if you put no effort into it?

i can make you a setup hcf server for 25$ it will include:
- custom world (world painted 2000x2000 with roads, youll need your own spawn)
- Anticheat (CNCP)
- adminchat
- combatlog
- player Freeze
- potion Control
- Enchantment limiter (so you cant get very hight level enchants)
- and a custom HCF class plugin coded by me. (adds bard, ranger, miner and rougue)
- HCF Factions plugin.
